LTT Activities

Between 3^rd and 8^th May 2023, the second learning teaching training mobility took place in Nocera Umbra, Italy. Groups formed by 2 teachers and 5 students from the two partner countries (Serbia and Romania) and 2 teachers and 8 students from the Italy delegation attended the meeting and participated in the activities. The aim of this meeting was for the students of Romania and Serbia to learn about the cultural heritage of Italy: the greatest poet of Italian literature Dante Alighieri and the Renaissance art of Florence and Perugia. Moreover, this was a great opportunity for students to get to know each other, practice their English, and develop their digital and communication skills. At the same time, teachers had the opportunity to share ideas, spend more time together to discuss project ideas for the future, possible problems, dissemination for all the schools involved. The students stayed with their Italian peers’ families and, every day, were engaged in English language activities related to the Italian cultural heritage.

Between 20^th and 25^th October 2022, the second learning teaching training mobility took place in Novi Sad, Serbia. Groups formed by 2 teachers and 5 students from the three partner countries attended the meeting and participated in the activities.

Apart from presenting the school in Serbia, students getting to know each other and share things related to their countries and culture, the aim of this meeting was for students from Romania and Italy to learn things about the cultural heritage of the Bačka region of Vojvodina and about the women scientist Mileva Marić Einstein and position of women in education through time which we chose as a starting point of reference in our activities. Moreover, this was a great opportunity for students to practice their English, but also their digital skills, communication skills and form connections so that all the next activities in the project run smoothly. This was also an opportunity for teachers to share ideas, spend more time together to discuss project ideas for the future, possible problems, dissemination for all the schools involved.

Between 19^th and 24^th March 2022, the first learning teaching training mobility took place in Timisoara, Romania. Groups formed by two teachers and five students from the three partner countries attended the meeting and participated in the activities. Apart from presenting the school in Romania, students getting to know each other and sharing relevant aspects related to their countries and culture, and presenting the digital storytelling done with the students from Scoala Gimnaziala nr 13 Timisoara, the aim of this meeting was for students from Serbia and Italy to learn things about the cultural heritage of the Banat region of Romania and about the great inventor Traian Vuia, the central figure which we chose as a point of reference in our activities.
