Transnational project meeting in Timisoara (Romania)

On 15^th and 16^th December 2022, the third scheduled transnational project meeting took place in Timisoara, Romania. Representatives from all three partner countries attended the meeting.

The aim of this meeting was to share the accomplished activities, the results of LTT Serbia and intellectual outputs, to register progress within the project timeframe, to set objectives, deadlines, and a plan for the next activities, multiplier events and quality assurance. This TPM was also an opportunity to discuss dissemination issues and visibility of the project, both within our organizations and communities and outside the borders and beyond small online communities, the future evaluation of project results, cooperation with SMA and other schools in our countries and in Europe.

On 15^th December the participants went through the activities, students’ diaries and overall evaluation of the LTT in Novi Sad in presentations belonging to Serbia and Romania, after which the Italian team presented the project results of intellectual output 1 and its effect, with examples of used teaching materials. An evaluation plan for all intellectual outputs and completed dissemination activities were also discussed, as well as dissemination targets and plan for the next period.

On 16^th December, the participants discussed the quality assurance plan for each partner school, and the action plan for next period, including multiplier events, open doors, exhibitions, evaluation of project results, cooperation with SMA and other schools and had a look at the Trello platform. The participants also visited Traian Vuia’s memorial house.
